• A great idea is to create a Prayer Partner for your children. What we did was to photograph every one of our children and print their picture on a piece of 4x6 card stock. We then took flexible magnetic strips and put them on the back so it could be placed on the fridge. They were then placed in a closed envelope. For a backdrop I just used a colorful beach towel. You can get the magnets at Wal-Mart. After having a service emphasizing the importance of prayer, we asked every one that wanted to be a prayer partner to come up a choose an envelope. Their mission was to every day to lift up their Prayer Partner in prayer. Also, when they see them at church to go up to them and tell them that they are their Prayer Partner and that I am praying for you every day. We spend so much time separating everybody in groups, let's spend some time bringing everybody back together, this is one way to help.

Here is a fun service you can use instead of a candy rain. we would do it and hand out the candy when it is mentioned. These are all different types of candy and gum we found. It seems that Walgreens was were we found most of them.

A fun project to do with the kids is to make flubber 

     This is a fun craft to do with the kids it can also be used to show it takes a lot of diferent groups to make up the church.

in a container 1 add    1 1/2     cups of warm water

                                        2      cups of white glue 

                                                add a couple drops of food coloring if you want

In container 2 add    1 1/3    cups of warm water

                                                      3     teaspoons of Borax         ( you can find it at Wal-Mart)

Mix the ingredients in each container thoroughly.

Pour container 2 into container 1. Gently lift and turn the mixture until only about a tablespoon of liquid is left'. The Flubber is ready to play with.

WE would divide it up and put it in  a plastic bag so they can take some home..
